A Tourist Forever.

Traveling is all about exploration. Exploring the place, the roads, the culture, the people, it involves exploring the relations and above all exploring your own self.
Listening to the songs I realized about the peace any trip can provide you with. The light breeze, the naked hills, the small villages, the companion vehicles and the whole lot of different people, it lets you see the world in a different way.
It is not always about where you go, it is about how you feel it. You may visit the same place 100’th time but still feel like a tourist. All you have to do is erase everything you knew about and see it with the new light, roll your eyes upon every aspect of the place, question the very existence of each element and there you are A TOURIST. Sink it all in and feel the spirit.
For me even walking on the road is an enriching experience. It gives me insight into the lives of so many human beings living with me in the same era, and I just can’t stop thinking about how each is different, how every one’s story would be different, how everything has its own spark no matter how much it may seem the same. The lady bargaining with the vegetable vendor, the old man with the cold stare, the dog fiddling around the dustbin, the shriveled house with a big lock, all of it has its own story and wondering about the same makes my traveling experience a treat.
Traveling is about knowledge, you might just get to know about a new species of insect or a tree or the age old tradition still prevalent in a small part of the world, or a piece of history or a whole together new tribe you never know about. It may be about the art. A type of art the place must have treasured, its techniques, its importance, the inspiration it may provide can leave one flabbergasted. Traveling is knowledge in the truest sense.
Despite of the scorching sun or the smothering cold it gives me a feeling of tranquility even in the busiest of places because it gives me something new, each time. I am quiet within, learning and changing in a better way, with a broader perspective.
